eCore Exams

The University System of Georgia Board of Regents requires that each eCore course contain at least one proctored exam. Exams in eCore classes work differently than those in traditional, on-campus classes, because they require you to plan, schedule and pay testing fees for any and all appointments at a testing center.

Eligibility: Students enrolled in eCore courses.

Required ID: Your identification must be valid (unexpired), original, and include your full legal name, a recent photo, and signature. Acceptable IDs include passport, government-issued driver's license, state ID, or military ID. The first and last names on your identification must exactly match those in your school records.

Allowable items: You are responsible for bringing any resources your instructor is permitting you to use on the exam. We will provide you with scratch paper and pencil if allowed.

Appointments: Students must schedule their proctored exams through their GoVIEW course and the proctored exams widget. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Cost: $35. Payment must be made prior to your appointment. Payments are made via Touchnet.

Questions about scheduling exams: Contact the eCore Testing Coordinator at 1-855-933-2673. eCore is housed at the University of West Georgia.
